RT ASEAN Singapore is proud to announce that Andrew Chua has been accorded the “Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore” or “FCA (Singapore)” by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
The FCA recognition is awarded to long-standing senior ISCA members with extensive business leadership experience in audit, commercial firms, the public sector and not-for-profit organisations. It is the highest level of membership presented by ISCA and signifies the epitome of professional achievement in the accountancy profession.
Andrew is the Technical Partner and Head of Quality at RT LLP where he is responsible for spearheading technical excellence for the audit division. He also heads the technical and quality division at RT ASEAN where he is responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of quality control for the international network.
